At Windham Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unwashed and uncut fabric within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the fabric is protected from moisture and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
